In order to adjust your email preferences, please click your username at the upper right corner of your screen to unfold the drop-down menu and choose “Settings”.
There you will see the functionality for your currency, email preferences, and GaS translation widget.
Email preferences
Default version of ordered Comprehensive Search Reports
This option is enabled by default and makes sure that once a new online Comprehensive report is generated in your account, the system also produces a default PDF report with all results (or another file format)
Once ready, you receive an automated email with this report, and you can also find the same in your online account. In the upper right corner, there is a “Default report” link that will take you to the report.
- Weekly summary of past seven days reports
This option is also enabled by default for Markify accounts. Once a new weekly report is posted in your account, due to this setting you also receive an email notification called "Markify watch report summary". It also specifies the number of produced results.
Default version of watch reports
In case you tick this option, your Weekly watch summary is also going to have the attachment with default watch report (PDF containing all results)
Add another email recipient
Additional recipients will be copied to all of the automatic emails (for watch reports, ordered comprehensive search reports, and other automatic emails) that are sent to the account holder.
