At the History tab, you can see a list of your performed searches and reload any of them by clicking the "Load" link at the Action section:
By doing that, you get access to your previous search together with the ticks, color markings, and comments that have been added earlier, so you can keep working on the same report.
Moreover, reloaded searches are dynamic, so it means that when you access them later, if there are new results maching the criteria, the will be added and indicated in results summary:
By clicking the word "New", a filter will be applied to display only these newly added results.
In case there if some results are no longer matching the search criteria, they are removed (e.g. when some marks expired since the original search for live only).
If there is a need to adjust search parameters, you can go back to the "Search options" tab where you will see the same criteria and can edit them:
At the bottom of this menu, you will see 3 options:
- “New search” will be launched and saved as a completely separate search in your History
- “Save and search” will overwrite the initial search (so you get search results that match new parameters, and instead of creating a new item in your History, the current search gets updated)
- “Save parameters” will overwrite the initial search without launching it.
Moreover, your History tab has an option that allows you to just load the search parameters into the "Search options" tab, without actually launching the search. So you have access to the criteria faster and do not actually launch the search. To do that, please use the "Params" link at the Action section:
Please keep in mind that in order to navigate through your search history, you can use the filters:
Moreover, if you know the ID of your search, you can re-load it with the help of the "Load by ID" link at the top of the navigation menu:
"Load params by id" only loads the criteria into the "Search options" section so you can edit the search,
but the results are not loaded.
