Please go to the Dashboard/TrademarkWatch/Word/Manage where you will see the functionality for your portfolio configuration.
If you would like to add one mark or several marks one by one, please click the “Add marks to watch” button.
There you have two options:
To add a mark by name
In this case, simply type in the name (or several names, splitting them by a comma or a new row), make sure that the setting is at “Add marks by mark name” (by default, it is), and click the add button:
Alternatively, the same can be achieved by using the “Add” button that you have at the bottom of the page (entering multiple marks that are separated by commas also works there):
When using this setup, please also make sure to select databases and classes for your watches by clicking the respective links:
To add a mark by number:
In this case, please make sure that the option “Add marks by serial/registration number” is ticked, and you enter the valid TM data. This can also be used for multiple trademarks when you split the numbers by comma or new line:
If the system detects multiple marks with the same number, you will be asked to select the one that is needed:
When using this kind of setup, the system automatically fills out the Client/Label field with the owner’s name, and sets up the classes and databases according to your trademark record:
However, you can still edit the above-listed 3 fields prior to activating the watch, if necessary.
