At any time, you can adjust the following fields: Client/Label, Internal comment, Classes, Exception rules, Auto-Renewal, and Auto Email Rule.

Applied changes are reflected in the portfolio configuration instantly, but will only affect your future reports’ content.


The database field can only be adjusted before activation because it is a price-forming criterion.

And trademark field cannot be adjusted from the user interface at all.

Therefore, if there is a need to fix the typo in a watched name that has already been activated, or to upgrade the database coverage, please contact support.


Moreover, if you need to adjust multiple watches at the same time, for the editable fields you can use the Bulk Edit option:

This way, you can select watches that need to be updated (or select all watches), click the "Bulk edit" option and in contextual menu select the necessary change (e.g. switch ON/OFF the auto-renewal for all watches). When the bulk adjustment is configured, please click the Update button to apply it.
