Your online Trademark Watch reports are available in your account at the Dashboard/ Trademark Watch/ Manage.

At the top of your screen, you will see a Report date dropdown menu that helps to navigate between your Watch reports.

Each report is unique with no repetitions (the only case when you will find the same mark reported twice is when it was first filed and then published within your subscription term).

For marking some work progress and collaborating with the team, you can manually apply color tags into this dropdown, highlighting a specific report (e.g. to mark it with green color when it is fully cleared or doesn't have any major findings, etc):

Using the Report date dropdown menu, please open the necessary weekly report and apply a color to it. When you reload the page and once again unfold the menu, it will reflect the previously applied tags:

Please note that this color tagging feature is only available if you are in "My watched reports" mode and "Team members watch reports" mode (in the latter case, the color tag that you apply to your colleague's report will be visible to them as well). The Periodicity option allows switching between several modes for viewing your reports: weekly, monthly, or custom. Please note that it only affects the number of reports that are merged for your review, but not the actual timeframe of report generation; it still works on a weekly basis.

This way, monthly periodicity combines 4-5 of your reports that cover a timeframe that captures a full month (can also include few more days at the beginning or end of the month because the basis of this merge is weekly).

To configure a custom number of weekly reports to be merged, you have two options:

  • Merge the reports starting  from the first (oldest) one – the default option

  • Merge the reports, beginning from the most recent, to combine and export the results for the last several weeks:

The Status option works as a filter that lets you select what category of results you would like to review: published marks, new filings, or both. This setting does not affect the actual content of your reports but only what is displayed.

If the opposition deadline is less than 14 days, you will see it indicated in this section. Moreover, there will be a red exclamation mark (!) in the Deadline for opposition column for those mark.

For clients who do not want to review new filing results, but would like to still make sure that countries without opposition proceedings are covered, we have now added a third option to display new filings just for those territories.

Similarity level is a switch between Comprehensive (all possible results, Risk Levels 1-4, from very high to low), or High Risk (Risk Level 1-2). It also only works as a filter and does not affect your actual report content.

Your Trademark Watch report is provided in the form of a spreadsheet, where on the left side you can see your watched mark information, and on the right you have confusingly similar trademarks and their details:

If you would like to rearrange the columns that you see in your online report, please use the Custom Columns option. There you can tick/untick the items and change their sequence:

When you review the results, you can either scroll through the pages or change the number of results per page:
