Above your Watch results you will see the Filters section which can help you to narrow down the scope of results to review them more efficiently:

Filters can be used in any combination and applied to your report. You can click directly on the filter description if you would like to adjust the setting, or you can click on the red cross beside the filter to remove it:

The available filteting options are as follows:

1) Client/Label filter

Allows reviewing results for watches that belong to a particular client/ results marked with a particular label:

To be able to use it, please make sure that you complete the relevant information for your portfolio at Trademark Watch/Manage:

2) Goods and Services Filter – can be used to narrow down the results based on GaS keywords:

Additionally, the keywords that you use in this filter can be translated:

And your keyword configuration can be saved into a library for repeated use:

Combined use of Client/Label and Goods & Services filters

Moreover, it has now been made possible to connect Client/Label and Goods & Services filters for simultaneous use (rather than selecting each one separately). The system will recognize which GaS parameters are associated with wich Client (Label).

To be able to use this option, please make sure that Client/Label information is consistent within Client/Label info that you fill out at the Manage page, and the Label information inside the Goods & Services library:

Then within Client/Label filters, you can tick the checkbox "Add G&S filter":

Upon clicking "Apply filters" button, both options are applied at the same time:

3) General filters menu contains many other options that allow filtering on almost every trademark parameter:
