Owner Watch software provides you with weekly watch reports that include new trademark applications filed by a specific owner.
The required parameters for this tool are Owner name and Database. Optionally, you also can limit it by classes and Goods and services.
Your report results will include the following flags:
(!) New mark - The application has a mark name not used before by the specified owner in that country.
(!) New class - The application has a class that has not been used before by the specified owner in that country.
(!) New country for owner - The application is in a country/database that has not been entered before by the specified owner.
We also provide various tools for reviewing and customizing the reports where you can use color-coding, comments, add custom branding, and create a report in one of the desired file formats (pdf, word, rtf excel, csv, html)
The service works on a yearly subscription basis where you can order individual watches or a pre-paid pack.
