In order to set up and activate your Owner watch portfolio, please follow the instructions below:
Please go to the Dashboard/ Intelligence Monitor/Owner Watch/Manage where you will see the functionality for your portfolio configuration.
Two mandatory criteria for the Order form are the Owner name and database:
You can enter several names at once, separating them by commas, to make this process faster.
For databases, you can either type in the name and select one of the suggestions in the dropdown menu, or use the pop up window and select one of the options there:

Classes
To make sure that results will only reflect trademarks in selected classes
G&S
The report will only contain results with listed Goods and Services. You can use several keywords separating them by commas
G&S mode
To choose between two modes: ANY or ALL
Client/Label
Works for organizing your portfolio into categories: based on the client names, reference/case numbers, company divisions, or other.
You can filter your portfolio and watch reports later based on this.
Internal comment
For filling out some additional information on the watch. Later this can be included in the report - or hidden and just used for internal purposes.
Auto-renewal option
If you enable this option for certain marks, at the end of the subscription, monitoring continues automatically, and you are invoiced accordingly. You can adjust the setting by double clicking on the cell.
If this option is set to OFF, the system sends you several automated reminders to make sure you are aware that your watch term is running to an end and you might want to manually renew it:
Auto email rule (AER)
This enables you to configure the recipients for individual watch reports – a separate email with all algorithm-driven results will be sent on per mark or per Client/label basis
Activating watches
If you are authorized for a free trial, this setup process does not suppose any extra steps for activation. You only need to configure the owner watch (with at least the two mandatory criteria: name, and database), and the watch will be activated automatically.
For paid subscription, please do the following:
Add marks to the cart (you can do this by clicking the “Add to cart” buttons individually, or use the “Add all to cart” button at the top)
Go to the checkout and process your order with one of the available payment methods: invoice, credit card, or PayPal:
If you would like to be invoiced, you need to get an individual password called Master code (can be requested by ticking the Invoice checkbox and clicking the “Purchase button”, or directly from support@markify.com or your account manager). Then you need to enter the master code to the Promotion code box and click the “Activate” button.
Invoicing is done at the beginning of the following month.
After activation, you will be returned to the “Manage” page, and a “Successful update of N marks” notification will appear in the top right corner of your screen:
