Goods and Services watch software can provide you with weekly reports that include all new trademark applications filed with specific Goods and Services. Once a new report is available in your account, you receive an email notification.
For each watch, you can fill out up to 5 GaS keywords and select the database. Additionally, you can limit by classes and owners.
Your report results will also include the flag alerts that can indicate the following:
(!) New mark - The application has a mark name not used before with the specified G&S in that country.
(!) New class - The application has a class that has not been used before with the specified G&S in that country.
(!) New country for G&S - The application is in a country/database that has not been entered before with the specified G&S.
We also provide various tools for reviewing and customizing the reports where you can use color-coding, comments, add custom branding, and create a report in one of the desired file formats (pdf, word, rtf, excel, csv, html)
The service works on a yearly subscription basis where you can order individual watches or a pre-paid pack.
