To set up your Goods and Services Watches, please go to Dashboard/ Intelligence Monitor/ G&S watch/ Manage.
Two mandatory parameters for the setup are G&S and Database
For Goods and Services, you can use up to 5 keywords, separating them by commas.
When selecting the database, you can either open the pop-up menu to see the full list of available sources, or you can start typing in the database name and see the suggested options in the menu:
Similarly, you can either open the popup menu for selecting classes or simply type them into the string, separated by commas:
To configure additional Watch parameters, please click the “More watch options” link:
Those additional parameters include the following:
Owner Name
Client/Label (for distinguishing among clients, case numbers, or product categories)
Internal comment (to add some internal info)
Auto-renewal (for your subscription to be automatically extended for another year on the due date; you also get an invoice prior to that)
When all the configuration is done, please click the “Add G&S to watch” button.
After that, you can see your watch added to the list, and if necessary, you can add Auto-Email rules, and you can also edit earlier entered criteria (the database can be adjusted only for a watch that is not yet active):
