Please go to the Dashboard -> Domain Watch -> Manage page where you will see your portfolio setup options.
If you would like to add one domain or several domains one by one, please click the “Add names to watch” button.
Alternatively, the same can be achieved by using the “Add” button that you have at the bottom of the page (entering multiple names that are separated by commas also works there):
Further setup
For activating a Domain watch, the only mandatory criterion is the domain name.
Additionally, the following options can help to manage your portfolio:
Client/Label
Works for organizing your portfolio into categories: based on the client names, reference/case numbers, company divisions, or other.
You can filter your portfolio and reports later based on this.
Internal comment
For filling out some additional information on the watch. Later this can be included in the report - or hidden and just used for internal purposes.
Exception rules
To limit the scope of results that you are going to receive (e.g., excluding your own domain, or only limiting the results to a certain spelling):
Auto-renewal option
If you enable this option for certain watches, at the end of the subscription, monitoring continues automatically, and you are invoiced accordingly. You can adjust the setting by double-clicking on the cell.
If this option is set to OFF, the system sends you several automated reminders to make sure you are aware that your watch term is running to an end and you might want to manually renew it:
Auto email rule (AER)
This enables you to configure the recipients for individual watch reports – a separate email with all algorithm-driven results will be sent on per mark or per Client/label basis
Bulk Import
If you would like to add a big list of domain names to your watch portfolio, you can do so by using bulk Import:
When you click the Bulk Import button, a pop-up window will appear where you can upload an Excel file. It also lists the required columns and parameters, and you can check the sample file there.
Please click the “Choose file” button, select the file that you prepared, and after that, click the “Upload file” button.
You will see a preview with several first rows where it is possible to reorganize the columns and make sure that the first row (which is typically your table headers) is skipped.
When you’re finished, please click the Add button:
