Brand Monitor is an online platform that automatically identifies thousands of infringements and brand mentions, serving as the first step in any efficient brand protection solution. It consists of three modules that cover the Ecom, Social, and Websearch monitors.
Ecom monitor: helps to identify possible brand abusers, counterfeiters, and non-compliant business partners in the 80 largest online marketplaces in Asia, Europe, North America, and South America.
Social media monitor: helps to watch the brand/name use and abuse over the 7 most popular social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, Tiktok, Twitter, and Youtube.
Web search monitor: gives you the possibility to check weekly website indexation by brand/name on the most used search engines: Google, Bing, Yahoo, Baidu, and Yandex.
Just as other Markify monitoring services, Brand Monitor works on a weekly basis and once a new report is available, you receive an email notification. We recommend exploring the reports online, as you will find all the product data there, including the direct links to the product page.
As you go through the results, you can label each item with suggestions to enforce, investigate or ignore, which will be later reviewed by your team or a client. To make the process faster, you can assign one label to all of the products of the same seller, or you can add that seller to the white list if he is approved. To communicate efficiently, you can also comment on the items or color tag them.
