To set up the Ecom monitor, please go to the Dashboard/ Brand monitor/ ECOM/ Manage and fill out the form:
Brand: enter the watched Brand name.
Only include (optional): enter the term/s you want to include by using commas to separate them.
Exclude (optional): enter the term/s you want to exclude by using commas to separate them.
Packages and pricing: click on the pop-up window, and select one of the packages and payment modes.
The monthly option should be paid by credit card through Stripe, and you will be automatically charged further on with the possibility to stop your subscription any month.
The yearly payment option gives you a choice between invoicing, credit card, or PayPal payment options.
Please note that when subscribing to several modules for the same brand, you get a 50% discount for your second and third watch (if you have already activated one of the monitors, you will see discounted pricing in the cart when adding other monitors for the same name)
To see additional setup options, please click on the green “More monitor options” link. There you will find the following:
Price levels and Stock levels: here you can configure certain price ranges which will be automatically color tagged in your reports, indicating those at an unreasonable price, for example. Similar thing can be applied to Stock levels where you configure color tagging according to the number of products in stock:
Seller whitelist: create your own library of saved domains and sellers' names.
As for the “Domain”, click on the drop-down and choose the necessary one.
For “Sellers”, enter each seller name into a new line and click “Save”. You can manage your Saved library by clicking Edit or Delete.
Client/Label (optional): Works for organizing your portfolio into categories: based on the client names, reference/case numbers, company divisions, or others. You can filter your portfolio and reports later based on this.
Internal comment (optional): for filling out some additional information. Later this can be included in the report - or hidden and just used for internal purposes.
When you configured all the parameters, click the “Add brand to monitor” button to see it added to your list.
Please note that you can at any time adjust your monitor parameters for keywords, populate your sellers' white list, and apply the automated color tags to price and stock levels.
Moreover, to navigate through your portfolio, you can use filtering options: just click on the “General filters” link to see all the available parameters:
To remove the brand watch from your list tick it and click “Delete”.
Activating Ecom monitor:
If you are authorized for a free trial, this setup process does not suppose any extra steps for activation. You only need to configure the monitor (with at least 2 mandatory criteria: name and database), and it will be activated automatically.
For purchasing your Ecom monitors, please add them to the cart and proceed to the checkout.
If at the setup stage, you selected the monthly option, you will only see the credit card payment option.
If you selected the yearly option, you will have a choice among invoicing, credit card, or PayPal payments:
If you would like to be invoiced, you need to get an individual password called Master code (which can be requested by ticking the Invoice checkbox and clicking the “Purchase button”, or directly from support@markify.com or your account manager). Then you need to enter the master code into the Promotion code box and click the “Activate” button.
Invoicing is done at the beginning of the following month.
