Your Ecom Monitor reports are generated on a weekly basis. In order to review the results, please go to the Dashboard/ Brand Monitor/ Ecom Monitor/ Reports.

There you will see the Report date section with a dropdown menu to navigate between your reports.

Additionally, you can also color tag a report and this will be reflected in the list:

Your report results are presented in a form of a spreadsheet listing your watch criteria to the left and displaying results to the right

If you would like to rearrange or hide the columns, please use the Custom Columns option:

Moreover, if you would like to narrow down the scope of your results, you can use filtering options in any combination:

  • Client/ Label filter - to review results on per label basis;

  • General filters - to limit by brand, title, marketplace, seller, price or stock levels, and applied labels

Online reports include all the product data, and you also have the links to access the marketplace page directly.

Each item on the report can be labeled with suggestions to enforce, investigate or ignore.

If the marketplace displays seller names, you also get options to enforce all items by this seller, investigate all, or ignore/add all to the whitelist:

Moreover, for creating a custom report, you can select necessary results ("Select" column checkbox for the main details and "Full record" checkbox to include full-size screenshots), and add comments and color tags:

After that, please click the “Customize and download report” button and proceed with further configuration.

The level of details section allows some modifications for the content, and here you can also translate the snippet text:

In the Branding section, it is possible to choose between Non-branded reports, Markify-branded reports, and Custom branding.

For custom branding, you can upload your logo and fill out the contact information. There also are sections for company description and disclaimer:

With the custom page option, you can use basic formatting tools to write your opinion or extended comments and include them in your custom report:

In the document section, you can choose among all popular file formats. But the new feature we are introducing with Brand monitor is HTML interactive which can bring the process to the next level:

An HTML report that is produced in this case can be forwarded to an interested party, be that your team or a client, in a simple form of a link.

Without a need to log in or obtain a separate user account, they can review the necessary parts of your report and either agree or disagree with the recommended action, adding their feedback label and feedback comments:

When this feedback is saved, it is sent back to Markify online report where you can explore that consolidated decision.

In that case, the Markify account becomes a hub where you can store, review, and process the handling of the matter.
