Statements section of your user account contains the information on purchases that have been earlier processed through the cart. This means that it can cover Comprehensive search, watch, or other products purchases that are made on a transactional basis, but this section does not reflect your subscriptions:

At Statements list, you can see the order date and number, references, product description, amounts, and statuses.

Please note that large orders with multiple items (e.g. many TM watches added to the cart altogether and processed at once) will not all fit into the Description field (you only see the first several items), so for checking more details, you can click the "Open" link.

Moreover, the "PDF" link lets you download the PDF version of the statement:

If the purchase was paid with Stripe or PayPal immediately, this will be displayed as well and can be used as proof of payment on your end:

Two important disclaimers about the Statements list:

- Statements list does not distinguish between the standard actions/orders that are made by you, and any kind of exceptions.

This means that if, for example, you have a bundle agreement with an upfront payment, your orders will still be displayed here with the standard Markify fee schedule (might be misleading into thinking you need to pay again).

Or if Makify support team has placed any extra order into your account (e.g. fixing/adjusting your order configuration), you will see it on this list as if it is a purchase made by you.

Therefore, please do NOT use Markify Statements to check your outstanding balance. Instead, contact support@markify.com for a proofchecked list, if necessary.

- Statements reflect all of the purchases that were placed through Markify, but if you are using the invoicing method, you might as well be invoiced through the Questel entity.

It is very important to submit the payment to a correct invoicing entity, so please check the payment instructions on the actual invoces that you receive.
