1. I do not remember my password - can you resend it to me?

Unfortunately no, our system only stores hashed/encrypted passwords for safety purposes, so we cannot unhash them.

But if you forgot the password, it is very easy to reset it using the "forgot password" form.


2. It looks like my account was deleted. Upon trying to log in, I see the following error message:

This account has been terminated. Please contact us at support@markify.com for further help.


Our system displays this message when there is no such username detected. Indeed, this can happen for two reasons:

- Your account has been removed, and if it was done by you, you should have clicked a confirmation button to apply this action. Markify team does not delete clients' accounts.

- Your username was changed to another one so now there is no match to your old username. If you do not remember what it was changed to, please contact support and we will try to look it up for you.
