I cannot apply color tags at Report date menu - the option is not thereThis feature is only available for "My watched report" (so you color tag your own reports), and "Team member's watch report" (so you color tag a report of a specific colleague - the tag is automatically shared with them as well).
Option is unavailable in "All team members' watches" mode in order to not overwrite all the teammates color tags involuntarily
I have a big Watch portfolio and need to switch on auto-renewals for all my subscriptions, is there an easy way to do that?Yes, you can select all necessary results and click "Bulk edit" option. There you will see the option that allows setting auto-renewal for the whole list of selected watches.
I don't want to look at a large number of results for my TM watch, although the brand name is very common, but I am interested in specific combinations of words. What can be done?
Please use our "Exception rules" on the Manage page for your TM watch to narrow down the results to just the ones you need. You can change the Exception Rules setting at any time:
Is it possible to transfer an existing watch to another account? 

There is no functionality allowing a user to do this independently, but we can do it with the internal means, transfering an existing watch with all its reports to another account.

If you want to have this done, please let us know accounts' email addresses from and to which the watch should be transferred and the name of the watch as well.



What about TMs that consist of two words? 

For Wordmarks, Markify uses a unique algorithm capable of producing results with a 99% accuracy rate. This algorithm takes into account phonetic and orthographic similarity, prefix, infix and suffix variations, plurals and stemming abbreviations and acronyms, and other similarities. This means that if you add a trademark composed of two words, the system will check all related terms.
