To configure your Business Watches, please go to Dashboard/ Intelligence Monitor/ Business watch/ Manage. 


Two mandatory parameters for the setup are Name and and Database


Click on the "Add names to watch" button, enter the company name without entity abbreviation, and click on the "Add" button:

e.g. for monitoring "Markify", we use just the name itself, and not "Markify AB", because keeping the abbreviation will limit the results to those including it.


Moreover, please keep in mind that Business watch currently only captures the terms that are identical or used in a word combination unchanged (e.g. the watch for Markify can retreive result like Great Markify Ltd, but NOT Greatmarkify and NOT Markiphy)


After setting up the name, click on "Select DB" link and tick the necessary package or single source in the pop-up menu. Apply the selectin by clicking the respective button:



Optional Business watch parameters include the following:

  • Client/Label (for distinguishing among clients, case numbers, or product categories)

  • Internal comment (to add some internal info)

  • Auto-renewal (for your subscription to be automatically extended for another year on the due date; you also get an invoice prior to that)

These items can be adjusted at any point of your subscription.



Activation of Business name Watches


If you are authorized for a free trial, this setup process does not suppose any extra steps for activation. You only need to configure the watch (with at least the two mandatory criteria: name and database), and the watch will be activated automatically.


For paid subscription, please do the following:


  1. Add marks to the cart (you can do this by clicking the “Add to cart” buttons individually, or using the “Add all to cart” button at the top)

  1. Go to the checkout and process your order with one of the available payment methods: invoice, credit card, or PayPal:

If you would like to be invoiced, you need to get an individual password called Master code (which can be requested by ticking the Invoice checkbox and clicking the “Purchase button”, or directly from support@markify.com, or your account manager). Then you need to enter the master code into the Promotion code box and click the “Activate” button. 

Invoicing is done at the beginning of the following month.
