Above your Watch results, you will find the Filters section, which can help you narrow down the scope of results for more efficient review.

Filters can be used in various combinations and applied to your report. To adjust a filter's settings, simply click on its description. If you want to remove a filter, click the red cross (X) next to it.

The available filtering options are as follows:

Client/Label Filter

Allows reviewing results for watches that belong to a particular client/ results marked with a particular label.

To be able to use it, please make sure that you complete the relevant information for your portfolio at Industrial Design Watch Filters > Manage:

General filters

The menu contains many other options that allow filtering on almost every trademark parameter.

See the General Filters options below:

  • Serial - to filter by design number
  • Owner - to include or exclude the results by a specific TM owner.
  • Representative - to filter based on representative name (include/exclude).
  • Dates - allows setting up a specific timeframe for results based on application, registration, or expiry date.
Classes - lets you narrow down results by class (match all OR match any modes)
  • Risk Level - allows looking up the results of a certain Risk Level.
  • Databases - lets you tick individual databases, or select/deselect all, and then narrow down the report accordingly.
  • Show Hidden/ Not hidden results - is helpful when you use the Arrow-Hide option while reviewing the report, and hides some of the results from the main list.

Finally, within the General Filters menu, you will find a set of buttons at the bottom that allow you to apply filters.

You can choose to filter just one report or search through all reports. The latter option acts as a history search tool, enabling you to locate a specific result within all the search reports you have received.
