If you would like to collaborate with your team on Comprehensive reports, it is possible to do with the help of report-sharing functionality

If you have it enabled, you can review each other’s list of reports at the Comprehensive Report/ Reports section using the radio buttons for displaying your own reports, all teams members' reports, or selected team member report (use the dropdown menu to select a necessary account): 



Please note that this option only works in reading mode, so you cannot apply changes to your colleagues' reports.


One more option for sharing the reports is Global report sharing. With its help, you can provide access to all of your reports or a specific report to your colleagues. The difference here is that they will see that the report is intended for their review.

Moreover, in this case, you can choose between providing read-only rights or read-write access.


For providing access to all of your reports, please use the link “Global report sharing options” and configure the username and access level there. Once ready, click the “Share” button:


If you would like to provide access to a specific report, please click the “Report sharing options” in the Report sharing column beside the necessary report:


(Please note that if you do not see the Report sharing column, it can be required to start using the Global report sharing option, and refresh your page)


In the case of read-write access, the following items are shared between your accounts: 

  • Results color tags

  • Comments on the results

At the same time, the following items are individual and only seen by you:

  • Ticked checkboxes

  • Custom reports


So this means that you are the only person who sees the ticks that you add (even if you mark results on someone else’s account), and you are the only person who sees the reports that were created by you. 

This way, for collaborating, you can use the colors and comments (to discuss certain results and highlight them), but you can still work on the results selection individually without interfering with each other, and create individual custom reports.


One more way of sharing Comprehensive reports is through the Online format.

For that, please open the report that you would like to share, click the “Customize & Download” button and select Online format in the Document section: 


You also need to specify the email address associated with the account you want to share this report into. It does not necessarily have to be within your organization.

Moreover, you can choose to share the full report with all results (“Base” type of report) or just share the selected results (“Selected rows” option).

Also, by ticking the respective checkboxes, you can make sure that the shared report will maintain the same colors/comments, and row numbers. You can include or exclude risk levels as well.


Please note that when you share a report by this method, its copy is placed in the recipient's account, but there is no further collaboration inside the reports, like when using the other options.
