In a few clicks, you can share your reports with a colleague by choosing between Read-only and Read-Write modes.

While Read-only allows reviewing each other's reports, with Read-write mode you can also collaborate.

To share a report, please go to the History tab and click the Sharing options beside the report that you would like to provide access to.

At the Share with section, enter the Markify username (or several usernames separated with commas), and select the access level:

Read-only access means that a colleague can view and work on a report shared with them, but this process will be fully autonomous

- Read-write access allows collaborating on a report.

Save the setting with the Share button:

Moreover, you can save a list of your teammates in the Library and then share reports with all of them in just one click:

Reports can now be re-shared further by anyone who has access to them (earlier only the original owner could share, but now colleagues can "pass over" the report from one to another)

Within your History tab, you can find shared reports in the "Shared" section:

A red dot at the "Shared" tab signals there is a new report there.

Moreover, the Filter section of the History has some more options for looking up the reports that were shared with you:

When working on a report via Read-Write mode, there is an action monitor that gets updated every 30 seconds and shows the search ID, the number of users in a session and whether any changes have been applied to a report

When hovering over the "when hovering over the “1 active section”, you can see the email address of the person who is working on it together with you.

In the Read-Write mode, you can collaborate by applying colors and comments that will be visible to the whole team (via the action monitor, you will see that someone made a change, and you can use the Reload link to display that on your end).

At the same time, please keep in mind that ticked checkboxes remain individual for each user (you only see your individual selections and can create your own custom reports with those). The only exception to this is the selections made by the report owner - their teammates can click on “Update selections” and see what the report owner has applied (please note that this action overwrites your individual selections!) If this is an unwanted action, please just skip it and continue working with your selections.

Moreover, if the original search owner updates search parameters and overwrites the search, it will be updated/ overwritten for the whole group (only the original owner can do this)
